Privacy notice for Meddevice Meetings.

What we collect

This site collects information in one place only: the contact form. When you send it, we receive your first and last name, your work email, your company, and anything else you choose to give us, such as your company website, your job title and your message. If you write to us directly, we receive your address and whatever you put in your note.

Why we collect it

We use it to answer your request. That might mean preparing the buyer map you asked for, replying to a question, or setting up a call if you want one. We do not use it for anything you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to twelve months so we have a record of the conversation, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

We do not sell your information, rent it or trade it. It is seen only by the people who handle your request and by the services that host this site and store our correspondence.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking of any kind. The fonts are loaded from a public font service, which receives the standard technical details any web request carries.

Your choices

You can ask to see what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to janet.kendall@meddevicemeetings.co or use the contact form, and we will act on it promptly. If you want us to stop contacting you, reply "stop" to any message from us and we will.

If this notice changes, the new version will appear on this page.
